While driving to D's appointment there was a girl, not sure of her age, that had called in to Spirit 105.3. Her name is April. She had called in to say that her round of chemo went well. She was feeling sick. This struck my heart instantly. As I listened, all she said was this, "I don't need prayer or anything... please pray for my mom." How amazing. This child of God, called for her mother.
On the way back, we saw an accident. Three cars on the 520. A pregnant woman and her husband in the front. Instinctively, my words went to God to pray.
It is strnage how these simple acts of life make you remember just how present God is in our lives.
