So our garden has really taken off. We have been blessed to have some sun and the location helps as well. Our garden gets about 8 hours of straight sun. The boys were very excited when we pulled the radishes up and plucked the greens. Our lettuce should be ready soon. The potatoes are sprouting green tops and the strawberries are surviving. Over the next two weeks, the peas and tomatoes should begin to amaze us. I think I have to replant my corn because it just looks sad. Oh well, nothing lost is nothing gained. I am very proud to get my hands in the dirt. I feel like I actually learned from my grandparents and how to grow your garden. But all glory to God for providing us with this opportunity to harvest from his land. We will soon be donating our extra crops to the local food banks to help with fresh produce. It is funny that store give food banks bad food. Hopefully, our group can help.
